It is founded by Grand Master Darryl Khalid and its headquarter is in Phoenix Arizona. The Universal Tang Soo Do Alliance is a federation that unifies all independent and traditional Tang Soo Do and Moo Duk Kwan Dojangs. The alliance throughout the world seeks to unify our Korean roots.
The Universal Tang Soo Do Alliance welcomes all valid Tang Soo Do and Moo Duk Kwan Martial Arts Dojangs.
